Selected Repertoire from the American Wind Symphony Orchestra Project
16th July 2005 (10:45am to 12:15pm)

The American Wind Symphony Orchestra has a distinguished record of commissioning wind music since 1957. For years these pieces have been available only on rental from the C.F. Peters Corporation. Recently the AWSO has made a number of these compositions available for sale. In this session we will perform and discuss excerpts from both the serious and lighter works in the series.
